In this 60 minute session I will work with you personally to help you build a strong foundation for your yoga practice. Prior to our session, we will discuss what it is you’re interested in working on and what you would like to learn. As I get to know you and work with you, I will create classes that are unique to you, taking into consideration your body, how you move, and the way you learn. This type of class is great for people looking for personal undivided attention from me as an instructor.
