Grounding Welcome & Check-In – We start with a gentle introduction and somatic practice creating a safe space so you feel comfortable and supported.
Guided Discovery – Together, we’ll identify your unique anxiety triggers, patterns, and habits so you can begin to understand the root of your anxiety.
Calming Practice – Learn nervous system regulation techniques that help decrease anxiety such as breathwork, guided meditation, somatic movement, and cranial sacral therapy.
Your Inner Calm Blueprint – Receive a personalized plan that you can start immediately, including lifestyle shifts, nourishing rituals, proven nervous system regulation practices, supplement and nutrition recommendations.
Closing Support – Leave with clarity, confidence, practical tools, and resources you can use right away to take with you as you continue your journey to release anxiety.

1. How long is each Anxiety Reset Session?
Each session is 60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to explore what you’re experiencing, practice calming techniques, and create a personalized plan for you.2. Do I need to have experience with yoga or meditation?
Not at all! My sessions are designed for all levels. Whether you’ve never tried breathwork or meditation before, or you already practice regularly, I’ll meet you exactly where you are.3. Are these sessions online or in-person?
Sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Google Meet, so you can join from the comfort of your own home (anywhere in the world).4. Will one session be enough, or do I need multiple sessions?
Even one session can give you relief and tools you can start using right away. Many clients choose to continue with multiple sessions to deepen their practice and create lasting transformation.5. Is this therapy?
No — my sessions are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. My work is designed to complement professional mental health care by offering practical tools for nervous system regulation, mindset shifts, and lifestyle change.6. What if I feel nervous or anxious during the session?
That’s completely okay and very normal. These sessions are designed to support you, and I’ll guide you through calming techniques step by step so you feel safe, grounded, and cared for.7. How should I prepare for my session?
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. You may want a journal, a glass of water, and headphones for the best experience. That’s all you need.8. What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
