Mango Salsa
Mango salsa is so easy and delicious! It’s one of my favorite things to make during the Summer when mangoes are in season. It’s fresh, sweet, balanced, and is super versatile.
Tips: Make sure to use ripe mangoes. To tell if a mango is ripe, gently push into the skin, there should be a slight give, not too soft and not too firm.
Serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips, plantain chips, or as a condiment on top of fish.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes small diced
1/2 tomato diced
1/2 cup red onion diced
Handful of chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 of 1 jalapeno
Pinch of salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and serve at room temp or chilled.
